01 Who we are
This privacy policy explains how Phoenix Line Commerce Pty Ltd (ABN 21 694 321 741), trading as Halvies, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website at halvies.au, contact us, or engage us for an audit, walkthrough, or installation.
We are based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
02 What we collect
We only collect what we need to do the work you've engaged us for. Specifically:
You give us
- Your name, clinic name, email and phone number when you fill out the audit booking form.
- Information about your clinic — treatment volume, booking system, suspected revenue leaks — that you choose to share during onboarding.
- Read-only access to your booking system, CRM, or messaging logs during an audit. We do not download patient health records.
- Payment details when you pay for an audit (processed by our payment provider — see Section 4).
We collect automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) so we can keep the site working.
- Anonymised analytics about how the site is used (see Section 7).
What we don't collect
We do not collect or store sensitive health information about your patients. We work at the booking, marketing and operations layer — never at the clinical record layer.
03 How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule the discovery call.
- To deliver the audit, walkthrough, or installation you engaged us for.
- To process payments and issue tax invoices.
- To send service-related emails (e.g. report ready, walkthrough scheduled).
- To improve the website and our service offering.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you've explicitly opted in.
05 How we store it
Data is stored on encrypted servers operated by the providers named above. Access inside Halvies is limited to the founder and engagement lead.
We retain client information for as long as required by Australian tax and corporations law (typically seven years) after an engagement ends. After that, we delete or de-identify it.
If we ever suffer a data breach that's likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
06 Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you can:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations).
- Withdraw consent for any non-essential processing.
